Think for some moments, think about managerial functions, think about managerial duties, responsibutilities,everyday work,burden of office work,think about brain storming,benchmarking,every day task completion than think about income,monthly pay,and benefits, one manager receives per day, per week and per month/ per year. One manager will get only small amount of money,as a monthly pay.Yes one manager will get accommodation,costly car for travelling,mobile set,balance for mobile' SIM',food,water,fruit and some more things such as fuel  for car and some other incentives,graduity,yearly bonus,and some percentage from profits.
Please pause and think one top level manager of very large organizations gets 200000 in any currency of the world per month but organization per month profits is more than 40,0000000.please now calculate the pay percentage from organizational monthly profits, it maybe 0.some amount of money.And all this profit/ amount of money organization earn due to strategy and policies of top level manager. Owner or chief executive will get all benefits.Owner or chief executive invest in the business. Yes but from where he get the money for investing in business. He was rich or belong to rich family,but think again,once time in past,he worked as top level manager and earn large amount of money,than he invest in business.
If your are student of business education' MBA,MPA,BBA,IT MUST NOT YOUR MOTTO TO BECOME A TOP LEVEL MANAGEMER ,THINK ABOUT YOUE OWN BUSINESS, ALTHOUGH THESE MAYBE START FROM ZEROO POINT BUT YOU ARE  OWNER OF A BUSINES.IF YOUR NAME IS NOT AS A OWNER, BUT SOON YOU WILL GET THIS DEGREE, DEGRREE OF BUSINESS, UNFORTUNATELY, IF YOU WILL NOT ACHIEVED YOUR BUSINESS GOALS YOUR SON OR DAUGHTER CAN BECOM' OWNER'CHIEF EXECUTIVE.

Education Policy in Pakistan
Our education policy has been failed totally.  Its flaws has been appeared in whole of this system.  A no of  master degree holder in social studies subjects has been rejected as there is no post of these subjects in govt schools.  Our college education system has been flapped as there is no teacher in colleges most of social studies subjects posts are lying vacant in govt colleges but the all efforts has been being made to recruit science subjects teachers in govt schools and colleges.  Social studies subjects has been dead due to wrong policies of top level of policy maker.
